Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) have been in use for some years now. Bank machines are one common application of EFTs, as are direct payroll deposits.

Until recently, most Norfolk clients received payment for insurance claims as a check. However, EFTs have been proved to be safe, secure, efficient, and less expensive than paper check payments. In an effort to continue to develop new processes to meet client expectations for service, Norfolk Mobility is pleased to now offer optional EFT service to all of our Lloyd’s of London and Hauteville clients.

An electronic deposit can be made directly to an insured’s Canadian or US bank account. All we require is a void check which provides us with the account information required for making the deposit.
